You can permanently delete your Prabhoda AI account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion, what gets removed, and what we are legally required to retain.

How to delete your account
Method 1 — In app
Open Prabhoda AI → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the prompt. Your account is deleted instantly.
Method 2 — By email
Send an email to admin@aiprabhoda.com with the subject “Account deletion”. Include your registered phone number or email address. We will process the request within 7 working days.

What we may retain
We may retain payment records, invoices, and transaction logs for the period required by Indian tax and financial regulations (typically up to 8 years). These records are retained solely for legal compliance and are not linked to your active profile after deletion.

Recovery window
Deletion is instant. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You may create a fresh account with the same phone number after deletion.
