This Privacy Policy describes how Prabhoda AI collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India (DPDP Act, 2023) and act as a Data Fiduciary in respect of your personal data. By using the app, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described below.

Razorpay — payment processing
AI model providers — queries are anonymised where possible
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. However, no system is 100% secure.
Account data is retained while your account is active.
On an erasure request, your account is permanently deleted. We may retain payment records, invoices, and transaction logs for the period required by Indian tax and financial regulations (typically up to 8 years), unlinked from your active profile.
Chat history is retained with your account and is deleted when the account is erased.

Rights of the Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the following rights:
Right to access — download a copy of your data from Settings → Your Data Rights.
Right to correction — email the Grievance Officer with the details to update.
Right to erasure — delete your account from Settings → Your Data Rights.
Right to grievance redressal — contact the Grievance Officer below; we respond within 30 days.

The App is intended for users aged 13 years and above. Parental discretion is advised for users below 18 years of age.
